To identifythe the functional roles and the pathophysiological contributions of coding genes and noncoding RNAs in human hepatic carcinogenesis, we analysed the differenial expression of genes and noncoding RNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and the corresponding non-cancerous tissues.
